Good

Close to city and located in calm neighborhood. Good access to Novena, Toa Payoh, and Farrer Park station. There are two Fairprice supermarkets nearby.

The room is damp unless the AC is cranked to full blast, so I felt cold at night. The room door is poorly soundproofed. Some Singaporeans use this place as a love hotel, so be aware of the 'enthusiastic' noise from the next room.

Nice

Quiet, nice hot water shower and excellent quiet air con. Had a no window room it was fine, nice and dark! 1.2k to train but that’s okay. Nice eating places (hawker) opposite. Recommend this hotel

Perfect for a short stay

Location was good for the money. About a 25 min walk to the metro. Also had some good restaurants around it.

It was not soundproof, we could hear the tv of the person in the next room very loudly. It also felt very damp, but this may be because there were no windows.

It is value for money if one is willing to live with the minor shortcomings..

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, water bottles and towels on request, value for money; cleaning on request even daily if required; good location - closer to bus stop though far off from MRT, lot of eateries around; many people complain about the small bathroom - it was ok the water dried up quickly and was not a major issue

The room was small which is understandable.. however, two main drawbacks - no wardrobe for keeping clothes especially since the room was small, it was quite inconvenient to keep the clothes; also no fridge was a little inconvenient though not a major issue

Room is even smaller than pictures suggest. A lot of trash under our mattress.

Great budget option, good value for money

Great budget option. Ask for a room with a window. Located next to very convenient bus lines (130, 145 etc) and across the road from one of the most traditional hawker centers in Singapore with super good and cheap food

Friendly staff, good location. Ants in room and hard bed.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is located right next to a bus stop and a 7/11 which is convenient. The shower was very powerful and the room was refreshed daily.

There were many ants in the room and I think it is overpriced for the small room space. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The first room I was in was already moldy. But I asked the receptionist if they could move me to another room and she did right away. Very helpful.

pretty fair

It was very close to the Novena MRT, it was clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

It was noisy overnight sometimes as the walls were thin; and the price was high for what you get but that’s unfortunately the current state of singapore property market inflation. The space you get is also tiny (i for a superior queen and the bed is pretty much the entire room) but again, very much ok for the singapore standard. The one thing to warn people about is that they do take a one night deposit on your card which they don’t warn you when you book, even when it says pay nothing. they only tell you after you’ve booked. so beware. but they do return it so all’s well that ends well.

Had a great stay!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is near to many convenience stores and restaurant/food stalls. Near to bus shelter to roam around.

Loud noise from outside the room at times. Room is so small but I guess that is the reason why it comes with an affordable price. Quite far from MRT station but got nearby bus shelter.
